The Approach
While a friend and I took the alternate route of approach on the Pfeifferhorn, another group made their way toward the mountain. From just below the ridge line I was able to capture this image and it remains one of my favorites. I believe the vastness of the snow and scale of the climbers is reflective of what many mountain athletes feel.
